Important: Keep your own backup of important health data. We are not responsible for data loss during beta.

• Files you upload

By using our Services, you give us permission to:

You can delete your data anytime.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not responsible for any damages including:

• Lost profits or data
• Health issues or medical outcomes
• Service disruptions
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability to you is limited to $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.

Since our Services are currently free, our maximum liability is $100.

14. General Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy make up the complete agreement between us.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

Assignment

You can't transfer these Terms. We can transfer them to affiliates or in a business sale.
