Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Endo & Chronic Pain

A gentle, trauma-informed practice for slowing down and finding deep rest

Living with endometriosis or chronic pain can make it difficult to feel fully at ease in your body. Yoga Nidra offers a guided practice of rest and awareness without strenuous movement or pressure to perform.

Across two live sessions, Kerianne will guide you through accessible Yoga Nidra practices that build on one another. You can participate from a mat or another comfortable supported position, listen at your own pace, and return to the recordings inside Nomi after the series.

This series is for people living with endometriosis or chronic pain, as well as anyone looking for a supportive way to practice deep rest. It is an educational wellness experience, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.
