Frequently asked questions
Do I need any equipment or experience?
No experience needed. A mat or a soft surface to lie on is helpful, but everything is gentle and fully guided. You can do it from home.
Do I need an endometriosis diagnosis?
No. This is open to anyone navigating pelvic pain, tension, or suspected endo. You don't need a formal diagnosis to join.
What if I can't attend live?
The session is most valuable live, where you can ask Dr. Kristen questions directly. Your follow-up relief protocol and guided practices stay in the Ask Nomi app afterward, so you can keep practicing anytime.
