We'll focus on releasing the tension that builds up in your neck and shoulders, especially when you're bracing through pain.
What we'll do
- Understand where you're holding tension (neck, shoulders, upper back)
- Gentle, supported release work
- Breathing to help your upper body actually relax
- A simple routine to follow during the week

Inner Thighs & Hips

Your inner thighs and hips hold a lot with endo. This session gives you a way to release and reset.
What we'll do
- Understand how tension shows up in your inner thighs and hips
- Full body downregulation (breath + positioning)
- Hip flexor and inner thigh release
- A guided sequence you can use anytime
You'll leave with
- A repeatable routine for releasing your hips
- Tools to feel more in control
- A way to practice during the week
