We'll focus on releasing the tension that builds up in your neck and shoulders, especially when you're bracing through pain.

What we'll do

  • Understand where you're holding tension (neck, shoulders, upper back)
  • Gentle, supported release work
  • Breathing to help your upper body actually relax
  • A simple routine to follow during the week

You'll leave with

  • Less gripping in your neck and shoulders
  • A 10-minute routine to repeat
  • A clearer sense of your holding patterns

Inner Thighs & Hips

Release what you're holding below

Your inner thighs and hips hold a lot with endo. This session gives you a way to release and reset.

What we'll do

  • Understand how tension shows up in your inner thighs and hips
  • Full body downregulation (breath + positioning)
  • Hip flexor and inner thigh release
  • A guided sequence you can use anytime

You'll leave with

  • A repeatable routine for releasing your hips
  • Tools to feel more in control
  • A way to practice during the week

This isn't a one-time class

After each session, you'll get a simple protocol inside Nomi: short guided videos, 10 min, 3x per week, with light tracking so you can actually follow through.
